Dear Sir/ Madam,
I graduated from Istanbul Technical University - Civil Engineering Faculty on 1975. I have been working as the Senior Project Manager, Project Director, General Manager for International Projects since over 30 years. I am fluent in English and I speak Arabic, Bulgarian, Kurdish, Azerbaijan languages well.
The International Companies that I participate work with are: ENKA (Turkish), BINLADEN (Saudi), BALFOUR BEATTY (UK), HAIF (Saudi), YAPI MERKEZI (Turkish), ARAMCO (USA), PWT (GERMANY) FRAMACO (USA) and JEFFERSON (Turkish)
Throughout 37 years of my carrier, I have involved to the construction of numerous type of large scale infrastructure projects consist of potable water supply, reservoirs, pump stations, sanitary sewer, storm water drainage, water treatment plant, power supply, roads, walkway, street lighting, gas, and two composite bridge (steel & concrete) executed under my management. On the other hand 8 buildings such as 4 Malls, 2 Business Centres, 2 Shopping Centres, 2 High Rise Buildings, an Industrial and Refinery Projects have been executed under my supervision
Most re4cently, I was the Project Manager on behalf of TEKFEN/JEFFESON Construction Companies for 95.2 x 2 km Doha Expressway with Service Roads, P 059, ( 5+5) lanes, 264 m right of way, 21 junctions,7 interchanges, 35 bridges, 10 flyovers, 18 diversions, installation and relocation of Infrastructure facilities such as Drainage, Street Lighting, HV/MV/LV, ITS, DSSS, QTEL, QAF. TSE, Landscaping. HSES, Traffic Management. QA/QC as per QCS2010, ANAS (3rd party). I participate work with ASHGHASL, KBR, KEO and all other End User at Doha/QATAR.
Almost all of those projects were design & built type.
I am well familiar with FIDIC conditions of the contract, QCS, WORLD BANK and OBO standards and specifications, contract administration, documentation, HSE and QA/QC requirement.
I would like to participate work with your esteemed contractors at Qatar, Dubai or other GCC countries.
