I am a Filipno licensed Civil Engineer with 9 years extensive experienced in construction industry. Worked in site supervision, CAD designs and surveying in building construction, road and bridges, pipelines and infrastructure projects. Mastery in the use of latest survey instruments such as Total stations, levels, GPS and CAD programs.
