Arrived in Qatar in Feb 2007 to work in a school in Doha. Finding it very difficult at the moment. Employers told me at interview to expect an active social life with a variety of activities!! This has turned out to be untrue. I often leave work on Thursday and do not speak to anyone again until Sunday (apart from the taxi driver that I spend hours waiting for!!)
