Where is is this QBA-Qatar Badminton Academy ?

I'm hearing since October 2009 that QBA is going to reopen soon and even today in the events column I read QBA moving to new location.
How many students does QBA have in their academy ?
Who are the coaches giving training to their respective students ?
At present QBA is coerced to move out from QBC- Qatar Badminton Club but when was the exact date ?
To ask questions it will go on but let the related authority pls. give reply to my questions.
