Is there any un-conditional sports club in Doha for children which accept fees?

I need to enrol my 2 sons (age: 7 & 9) in a sports club to play football, but when I go to some Sports clubs in Doha, they tell me that you have to be either a Local citizen OR an employee in some orginization. Can anyone help or advise me?
