Is there any sports club in Doha that give training to expat children for Tennis or football?

I would like to admit my 7 year old son for training in Football and table tennis. I'm looking for a sports club in Doha that admit expat children for training Table Tennis and Football. Please let me know, if anyone knows about such a club.
