I have seen on Qatar Living a few times that people rent sailboats from the marina at Ritz Carlton. Does anyone have a contact number or a name of where I should go to do this? Also, does anyone know of where in Doha to rent a power boat? I am not looking for a skipper or captain, just the boat.

Several of the major hotels do rentals. We rented a boat from the Marriott years ago. They will NOT let you drive it yourself, but provide you a driver, who knows nothing. Probably due to liability. Call directory assistance at 180 and get phone numbers for the different hotels and call and ask their rates.
