How do you keep fit in Doha?

I'm curious.Does working by the Corniche cut it for you? Or are you perhaps a gym type? Inspire me.

beter to buy your own , equipment , basically threadmill so you can do when ever you want your exercise choir or if you have sum frends that willing to go wid for a short run in cornich , i guess its also gud :)) IMO

half an hour of yoga every morning

one hour yoga three days a week in the evening

one hour of gym three days a week with 20 minutes of stationary bike on 7 resistance of 12 scale.

Swimming or squash if partner is available.

there are a lot of ways to keep urself fit in DOHA...the bests are: keep urself bzy,doing exercise, take a fast walk...and eat ur BF,Lunch & Dinner, and take rest on time,,,in a proper way!!

for me Gym as much as possible with trainers

I don't do any exercise at all.. would love to try, maybe someday.. I just don't eat a lot.. and I stay away from chocolates as much as I can.. thank goodness my skinny jeans still fit.. :)

Sports type:

Cricket on Fridays

Squash on Saturdays

Used to do Table tennis once a week!

Trying to sort out Badminton instead of TT.

I can't walk in the corniche!! I just can't.

Same thing goes for the gym! Just can't. No motivation!

walking in cornish is the best experience we get two workouts :-

workout for eyes- ull see a lot of nice views and the best part is each and every minute u get to view more things.

I am gym type.... 2 hrs., 5 days a week with one or two sessions of tennis added...other two days tennis and golf. Keeps me fit. Feeling inspired...:)
