hey all
does anyone go to Fitness First or any other gym where they do body step/ aerobics/ body combat? Is there anywhere I can 'pay as I go' or must I pay monthly? Living near city centre mall. Does anyone have ideas of costs/ opening timeS?

You funny, you live beside CC, why wouldn’t you drop by, and ask all these questions a sales reps in there?

They will spend some time with you, explaining and showing the gym...even will give you couple of free passes to the gym for you to see how do you feel about it. Go there, join few classes, try the facilities, experience their steam room and sauna...Then you even can negotiate the Fees. It would be definitely my choice, but i gave up for two reasons: there is no bloody way i would drive there 30 minutes every day, and then spend another 30 minutes looking for the parking, in month or two i would get pissed off and would never show up again. What’s the point to join? The second reason is my hub didn’t like the idea of FF and refused to pay for this particular Gym, as lately it got an image of “Single Club”... I even recommended it to one of my single girlfriends. So i joint Al masa... 3 minutes from my home, and my hub makes sure i exercise among ladies only (like if I can not change the orientation, or what??) .. :):)
