First Day at the fitness club :P

Hola guys I signed up last month for Fitness at the aspire gym.
And since I just landed so today I'm going is going to be my first :P .
Now this may sound all too messed up but I'm kinda nervous about hitting the weights there.
You see I only know how to do bench press and that's about it )-:
Anything besides that it just rocket science to me.
SOOOOO any tips to just get me started the right way! Should I maybe ask the trainer to help me out? Or will I learn as I go???
Simple to complex but should be consistent..
u can ask the PT if there is someone to help u...Proper form of taking weights is much important than number of repetitions and KG measurement.
There are loads of programs and applications available in the internet..google it and download the most sophisticated one based on ur current shape and body type.
