No court can ever find someone innocent. It merely fails to find you guilty.
That said, I'm a bit worried for Qatar now.
Blatter and a lot of his FIFA pals really have it in for Bin Hammam - the guy challenged him for the presidency after all.
Giving him a life ban was the easy way to get rid of the problem. Now that he's back, will Blatter and friends try other, more extreme, measures to get Bin Hammam (and Qatar) out of the way?

Interestingly they said they could not say he is innocent, only that there was not enough evidence against him to justify a ban
