The Banana is definitely a magic fruit!
i had fed britey the other day a delicious bendier and darker banana when he came to my emporium for breakfast and he loved it ....
Thelonius: Rizks told me that the bendier and darker the banana, the more delicious it is. Is that true ?
Although I don't recommend regular individuals take 16 bananas, else too much unnecessary weight will be added. These sprinter guys are training at the highest level and their body system is not like that of the average human. "Everything they consume, they burn radically, their training is extreme".
I personally take roughly about 3 to 5 a day.
@ Thelonius, they are training partners, both their sprint times are quite close. So I guess they take close to the same quantity. Although Blake is more of the beast, so I guess he eats more.
