Just close to The Centre there is a gym called 'Qatar Fitness Centre" for both Male and Female with quality machines from Precor USA supplied by Sports Village. Check out the place, it is one of the best gyms in town.
When you come from Ramada to Jaidha, the Centre is on your right, from the small R/A take a right, go straight and before the next signal on your left you can find QFC Gym.
A good gym near the center round-about..
Drive through Jeddah Flyover on your way out of town
Turn left at the small roundabout that is literally at the bottom of the flyover.
The gym is on your left, just before the traffic lights.
