Does anyone know where I would be able to watch the 2009 AFL Grand Final (live) here in Doha, which is being played in Melbourne? The game would start about 7am Doha time.
I have satellite TV in my apartment, but unfortunately don't have the right channel - I beleive it's ShowSports2 - available to watch.
Some colleagues of mine suggested one of the Ramada's bars would be showing it live. However, I was there for a drink last night, and one of the staff that I spoke to about it said that the bars are only allowed to open at 5pm.
So I'm wondering if anyone has any other ideas. I'm running out of time!!

The aussie rules team here in Doha are having an event at the rugby club. Doors open at 7am and the bar will be open. But I think its invitation only so you will probably need to contact the club secretary. Tell him you are thinking of playing and it will be no problem. The more the merrier.
