2 DAYS TO GO .... STRONG REQUEST FOR PRAY

Dear, {STRONG REQUEST TO PRAY FOR BID}

Just only 2 days to go for the bid result. We should strongly pray for Qatar to Won the Bid for hosting the world cup. With this not only Qatar will shine in the map of the world and people around the world came to know the Islamic culture but also can have a lot of benefits to the expatriates for better salaries, save job and great vacancies...

If we have it, just after 10 years, Qatar changes from deserts to sky scrapers and a good destination for tourist like now as Dubai...

I request you all to cross your fingur and pray to Allah to have this bid in Qatar's bag...

We, the expatriates, may not be here after 10 years, but we can say Qatar got because of our bid and prayers...

Amin Allah...

Praying isn't really the right thing to do... See, Qatar is a muslim country with conservative muslim laws that have Q'uranic roots.

So if praying for Qatar to win the bid, is actually flauting the Q'uranic laws since the WC brings in all matters of "perversions" not allowed in the Q'uran...

Does anyone else see the irony?

Considering that South Korea is leading by 266,822 votes in this completely unofficial and more than likely completely unknown to and ignored by Fifa poll I should say he would be nervous :P

you are quite correct.... so while all the WC fans are decending on Qatar, the country will shutdown, cause as usual thats when everyone leaves....

You could make a few quid hiring your villas out to fans.... but then again.... maybe not;-P

Lol! I just hope some's blood pressure won't shoot-up because of these supports! In any case, losing the bid will not meant death to us! Lol!

I am wondering, during the summer months, when these games are supposed to happen, isn't that when 3 quarters of all Qatar have left for summer holidays?

Qataris will face disadvantages too, the WC atmosphere wont be compatible to their tolerance limits.

Qataris should support the bid, expatriates should not. They will ONLY have disadvantages!

LincolnPirate,

Obviously the supporters were not here for the 2006 Asian Games or if they were they certainly don’t pay rent!

Let's also enjoy it when the rents double and the salaries stay the same.

Instead of voting to Qatar and making it to deserve for bid, Still there are some persons in Qatar who think Qatar's Doesn't deserve it or they have voted to other country although they are not from that country..

.

.

.

.

What would you name for this kind of persons... ????

In Hindi we called it as "Namak Haram" .Jiska Khate hai usse hi Namak Harami Karte hain...

If Qatar gets it, among many other factors, FIFA would be putting at risk the players’ and fans’ health!

You can air-condition stadiums and fan zones but you can't air-condition the entire country.

What to do in Qatar in the summer, if not inside an air-conditioned bubble?!

No fan wants to be restricted to “fan zones” and air conditioned areas, when they travel to a country, besides attending the games, they also want to visit vibrant and interesting sites of those countries.
