I have been there twice, the place was awesomely fantastic! I bet the owner spends a huge amount of riyals to put up this restaurant. If you are a big fan of asian cuisine, Soy is the perfect place for you! The service was great because most of them are southeast asians. The food was reasonably priced because it was simply amazing! I guess, negative comments came from non Asian food lovers.
