It really depends which country you are visiting in europe. Certain Schengen embassies are designated to issue visas on behalf of other schengen states provided they do not have a representaion here . All embassies have the same norms and procedures.
Go to the Italian Embassy and check with them. You (as a Bengladeshi) should obtain a visa even for transitting through their Airports so it will not be an easy job.
I second the motion. I think it is Italy. No much restrictions. Or.. try checking with travel agencies there in Doha. Mostly, they have a certain person who arranges tourist visa. You might get it 3-4 days only, but with their help, and you also pay a service charge I think 250-300 QRS.
