It really depends which country you are visiting in europe. Certain Schengen embassies are designated to issue visas on behalf of other schengen states provided they do not have a representaion here . All embassies have the same norms and procedures.
Go to the Italian Embassy and check with them. You (as a Bengladeshi) should obtain a visa even for transitting through their Airports so it will not be an easy job.
