I agree with the earlier comment. Obtaining YTL (cash) in Qatar will be difficult and they will have to order it.
Transferring money back though shouldn't be a problem. I transferred cash back to Is Bank from Abu Dhabi with no problems.
When I left Abu Dhabi I bought UK sterling to bring back to Turkey and changed it over here.
