Hello World:

I have a plan to go Australia in April with my family. But I am confused that airline is better in the terms of price, comfort, food, and service? I did some work on it and the following airlines go to Australia from Doha:

1. Qatar
2. Etihad (The cheapest)
3. Malaysia
4. Asiana

Moreover, I will travel in economy class and I don't know about their classes in economy as well. Kindly tell me the classes of economy as well.

Thanks

Choose between Etihad and Emirates.

Thanks to all for answers.

The interesting thing is that direct is being offered by only Etihad, i.e. Etihad will stay at Abu Dhabi and then direct from there. But all other flights will be stayed at Singapore, HK or Jakarta for altleast 5 hours.

Is anybody knows that can we go outside from the Airport in Jakarta, HK or Singapore?

Thanks again.

Other option is to take Etihad to Jakarta then to Australia. Transit about 1-1/2 hour in Abu Dhabi. It departs at 22.45 PM Doha and arrives at 13.30 Jakarta local time.

When booking, you will be offered a bunch of ticket price options, the more expensive the more priviledge you have. Try to click "Rules" to understand what you get and what you won't get. You may consider selecting one with Refundable Option. The cheapest option is non-refundable. The next one is refundable and changeable flight schedule with additional fee.

1. Qatar - This will be direct to KL, Singapore, HK or Bangkok - you can then get MAS, Sing, Cathay or Thai onward to Oz

2. Etihad (The cheapest) - Because you have an additional stop in Abu Dhabi adding extra time and inconvenience to your flight! You might also want to check connections as 3+ hours sat in an airport are not fun!

3. Malaysia - As Qatar Above

4. Asiana - Never heard of it!

Airline experiences are so subjective and so variable that you might as well just go with the cheapest. Etihad is a good airline.
