Where is the posted Traffic Plan for Holy Week?

I saw a in Forums 2 days ago regarding the Traffic Advisory for Holy Week. Where is it now? I could not find it anymore. Was it deleted? If so, why?

1) Traffic Arrangements:

a) The access road to church complex from WOQOD round about to Airport Wakrah road shall be limited as one way with two lanes on the following dates:

*21st April 2011 Thursday from 5:00PM to 12:00Midnight

*22nd April 2011 Friday from 6:00AM to 12:00 Midnight

*23rd April 2011 Saturday from 5:00PM to 12:00 Midnight

b) Overtaking shall be prohibited during these days.

2) Parking Vehicles –

a) As per the meeting of the sub-committee right after the council meeting, NO VEHICLES will be allowed to park inside the church parking. This will be effective from Maundy Thursday until Easter Sunday.

b) Car Parking is allowed at the open areas around the complex as usual, but all are requested to park their vehicles in consideration of others convenience too.

c) Bus Parking shall be along the Barwa Complex side.

3) Metal Detector and X-ray machines shall be there at the gates, as usual. This must be announced to all the parishioners.

4) Surveillance of all departments of State Security will be there to Safeguard the people.

5) The services of the Ambulance, Civil Defense, squad dogs, etc. will be there on these days.

All are requested to share their near ones’ vehicle to attend the church services during the season. This will help us
