well it depends on where are you coming from

as your profile says that you are from the Uk that means you will never feel cold in Qatar because for you the weather will be really warm and sunny. :)

it will be still cool - around +20 +24.. I love May - early June, when it's around +35...

For February, the Average High is 23 Degrees Celsius and Average Low is 13 degrees Celcius

I am not a weather forecaster but the temperature will most probably be like this month's temperature. I don't think it will get extremely colder and it will most probably get better because the misty/foggy early mornings will be gone.
