Please guide me how can I reach Souq-Al-Ali.
Right now I am in Mansoora.

From Mansoora take the D Ring Road (Doha Expressway) driving to North. Follow the brown sign (Education City), and take the exit of this brown sign, you will reach a roundabout under the Immigration Fly Over, make a U turn, Souk Al Ali is on your right hand side.

Hi.

It's opposite of Main immigration office. Close to madinat khalifa.

very easy...just take karwa taxi and tell them you want to go to souq....
