Is it possible to use my Qtel sim card (shahry sim) for roaming in the USA more particularly in Washinton state? Do I need to use a tri-band phone in order to have the sim working on roam in the US? Please advice. thanks.

1. Yes, you need to have tri-band handset / BB to have roaming services in US ( and yes, you can roam in DC as well )

2. And, you will be allowed to roam with T-Mobile only across USA
