If your Possition in the R.P allowes you to go to dubai without visa then do the following :

take a non objection letter from you work, signed by authuruzed signatory.

give it with your original passport with 2 photos (back ground is white)to an office like (Al Kanz) or (Al Asayel) with Qrs.125, inorder to submet it to the Saudi embassy to get a pass vissa, don't forget to attach a copy of your vihcle regestration.

wait for 4 working days to get the visa ready.

then get your exit permit.

go all the way of salwa road to reach the Qatari border.

then enter the saudi border, you have to pay Qrs 70 for car insurance.

after you exit the custom border about 15 KM, there is a signboard "Emirates to the left"

after about 90 KM you will reach Emitats boarder , pay for the car insurance again.

then 300 KM to Abu Dhabi or 430 to Dubai.

Enjoy your trip.
