How can I go to Umm Tais National Park?

I know this park is situated on the northern tip of Qatar, through Al Shamal Road near Ruwais. I've been searching information related to "How to get there". Unfortunately, no clear guide so far on how to go there. Also GoogleMaps/Wikimapia do not show this area very clearly.

Anybody had been there? Please advise....
