Firstly I think there is no Ajmir sharif in Dubai.. as one brother mentioned to go to Ajmir shareef, It's better to go some other grave yards anywhere in the world and pray for them... there is nothing to see in Ajmir except some mentally tired people and some maqbaras...

Apart from what drmana mentioned...Visit Madina Jumeirah & also take a Metro ride. Dubai Creek Dhow Cruise Dinner is worth of it as well. Jabl e Hafeet in Al Ain is another place to visit.

Go to see Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall, Ibn Batuta Mall, Mall of Emirates, Wild Wadi, Dubai Dolphinarium.....ride Metro.....if you want to go to beach then Jumeriah free beach or Jumeriah beach park, ride helicopter for view from over Palm Jumeriah .

Why don't you take a "BIG BUS" tour which starts from Gold Souk Bus stop? Thats a good idea as well to see Dubai as a whole.
