Yes its possible, some people even jog it. Just make sure you have suitable footware, because sometimes you have little streams that run perpendicular to the shore line. Bare footed is preferable.

We are planning to trek or walk from sealine to inland sea using the shoreline. would it be posible?

Depend,

- Hours, if You have already download the route plan point in Your gps, after You decompress the tyre, then, it will be less than 5hour smooth trips on the flat plane, 8hours trip if You prefer rough hill terrain plus one or two trapped(in soft sand but Your compatriot come to rescue You with a sling)

- days, if You go there by Yourself and trapped(in soft sand) waiting someone to let go of Your car, or hitch You to nearest point at sealine and left Your car.
