Yes kabayan, you can travel to Nepal and obtain a visa upon arrival at the airport. Filipino citizens are allowed tourist visa upon arrival in Nepal. however, you must obtain an exit permit from your Qatar sponsor in order for you to get out of Doha airport.

Im planning in Casablanca, Morocco or Sao Paolo, Brazil. Its visa upon arrival for Filipinos in there.
