Well, best option would be to Rent a CAR. Such that you don't have any problems, usually bus's will drop you on main roads and Taxi wont drive you on close to the Beach, it will simply drop you for the end of the road and you will have to take a walk there after.

Rent a CAR for a day, should cost you anywhere between Qr.50 to Qr.500 depending on which model you preffer to drive. When I say Qr. 500/- I mean strech lemosine (Hammur with shofer) don't get shocked...

I don't want to state the obvious, but there are TAXI's around the city that will take you there...just be prepared to pay for the ride...

There's a regular bus service.

You might have also notice a lot of blue cars with lights on the roof. jump in one and ask him to take you there :o)

Al Wakra beach is just about 10mins drive from airport. You can kindly ask your friends/colleagues for a ride!
