Any one knows about any direct flight, cheap and good from Doha to Aktau directly or just 1 transit?

If ALMATY is OK then you have option in Etihad Airways via Abudhabi. Weekly 4 times. Oneway QAR 1900 return QAR 2970 plus service charges.
There is no direct flight from Doha to Aktau. The quickest way is Doha - Moscow - Aktau(it might be very expensive flight because of Qatar Airways and Transaero). There is one more flight with Emirates which have a code share agreement with Air Astana, but if you flight Emirates the flight will be Doha - Abu Dhabi - Astana or Almaty - Aktau. This flight is also not cheap and took almost half a day to reach Aktau. Actually there is no way to fly cheap to Kazakhstan especially to Aktau which is located at the wild wild west.
