“Privilege Travel & Tourism / Al Emteaz For Travel & Tourism"

It's my recent & personal experience that “Privilege Travel & Tourism” alias  “ Al Emteaz For Travel & Tourism” are absolute  unethical & unprofessional company.

I made a contact with them for 7 days hotel booking at any four or five star hotels. They assured me it’s covered all most all countries including Europe & USA. They provide me a list of hotels which I found very limited

In terms of countries & star hotels categories. So I again asked & got confirmation I can avail hotel booking in any part of the world.

I paid initial installment & some subsequent monthly as well. They said you can avail hotel booking anytime respect to total paid amount as on date.

One day I went to visit their office which was at Al Saad street Royal plaza mall, Choice center & found they had shifted

office without any notification to clients.  Fortunately I investigate & finally come to know they shifted to Al Khindi complex at Mirqeeb Al jaded. I surprised to see a huge

difference in office like only two persons & small office without any displayed office board.

I requested them to provide me list of Singapore, Europe hotels. Eventually they said we don't provide hotel booking except provided list.

I really astonished & explained their commitment but the available staff was new, unprofessional, poor in english & doesn’t know or intentionally denied to comply contact requirements.

Finally to recover my paid amount I told him to book hotels for one from listed countries  & I suggest him some preferred hotels as most of hotels were not even 2 star category. Later he said I don’t have

hotels suggested by you ( even it was listed). Just to finalize hotels I visited their office min. 8 times. So you can imagine how professional they are.

At last to close issue & being helpless  I choose few low category hotels & ask him to book. He provided me tentative booking only & assured final confirmation will be provided

2 weeks before your departure. Also assured your booking is done & can proceed for visa formalities. I got visa, book air ticket & again I went to collect my confirmed hotel booking.

That moment Al Emteaz For Travel & Tourism said you should pay all your balance due installments then only we can provide you hotel booking.

I tried to explain that the booking I am asking or amount you paid for booking is much more lesser (40%) than what I paid to you. Finally they did not provided me hotel booking.

Overall I can say they are not at all trust worthy just doing a hotel booking which compared to booking.com or tripadvisor.com is much higher rates.

I honestly advice pls do not be a member of “Privilege Travel & Tourism” / “Al Emteaz For Travel & Tourism”.

Pls communicate further to avoid such scams.
