Good points: ...

Good points:
1. Decent place to eat, warm atmosphere not too many fancy decors as the other Pinoy restos in Doha
2. Clean interiors as it is new.
Points to improve on:
1. Food isn't exactly different from other Pinoy restos here. e.g. Fish with chili was a bit undercooked and looked like a bowl of soup when it was served. We were expecting a medium sized whole hammour fish as we asked the waiter if it was whole but they served us a tail part of a big fish.
2. As it is in their dry run opening they should have looked into the small details like to give simple uniforms for their servers so as to give them a decent look, first impressions last you know! They should have been familiarized with the menu and they should automatically give the corresponding sauce for the dishes (imagine eating kare-kare w/o bagoong!)
3. Have not tried the other dishes yet but since the menu is vast! there are filipino, chinese, and european dishes (I don't know why the need for such huge selections) it could have been simpler as there are redundant dishes in the menu like the fish in the filipino menu is somewhat similar to the chili fish in the chinese and so on, chopsuey which is in the filipino menu which should be in the chinese.
4. As the Kamay Kainan that we know in Pinas served a wide buffet spread of Pinoy dishes they should come up with buffets at least on Fridays.
Overall, I give a thumbs up for the servers who, though undertrained in the job, tried their utmost best to please every customer, though they should also learn to greet people who enter the restaurant.
