The travel agents charge from 250-300 QR for each passport to issue saudi umrah visa by the saudi government so how can they not allow after issuing the visas

Sorry for a delayed response. The paper is sent to Saudi Embassy and the mode of travel is mentioned on your visa.

If you can send me an email with your visa scan, I will mark the mode of travel for you ([email protected])

Thanks!

Dear Rasul,

Could you confirm wat paper is it? Can send a copy of the same? I am moving this weekend and I wanted to confirm.

One of my friend also has moved last friday & he had no troubles. But, am not sure if his agent gave him any paper.

If you could give your agent contact no., I ll get in touch with them and get the details what paper is needed.

Thank you very much in advance.

The travel agent (who stamped my Umrah visa) wrote on a paper that the trip will be on my private car. Also, he informed me that there is no such regulation and people are going on Umrah by private cars.

One of my friend is in Saudi for Umrah and he went by road. He will be back by this 12. I will ask him and update further.

salam friends,

I am planning to go to saudi by Umra visa this week by car. Is this news confirmed? or the mentioned UAE group had some other problem in their visa? Is there any other means of road transport to reach Riyadh? I wanna meet a friend in Riyadh.

Both articles quote Saudi government officials:

"The official said that no foreign residents are allowed to use their own vehicles to enter Saudi Arabia and perform Umrah."

Saudi hasn't spent the last 12 months deporting foreigners only to let them in again with Umrah visas.

fubar: The article is written by Habib Toumi who is not a Saudi national. Can we then believe this story ?

The same story has been confirmed in the Gulf News

I went for a QATAR-SAUDI-UAE trip 2 weeks ago. There were hell lot of people going for Umrah and were getting their passports stamped. If this thing is true, it will be a real shock.

"Arab News" is a very reliable source of information and if they have published this news it must be true. The news would be disturbing to those who were planning to go for Umrah by road.

The report is very clear:

"expatriate pilgrims are not allowed to enter the Kingdom in private vehicles"

How much more clarification could be needed?

Why do you need confirmation ? The report says it all
