Kids Are Gift Of God...

They are innocent, they have their wonderful imaginations, their small achievements provide them great pleasure...their vision is limited...they think and work according to their own standard...If a child receives a word of appreciation on his work, he thinks himself on cloud nine...but at the same time, if you discourage a child either intentionally or unintentionally, you're destroying a personality.

So, if you're a parent or a teacher, it's your responsibility to groom your child with love and care... Your child is totally your responsibility, he is in your safe hands...with your right guidance, he will walk towards the right path and he will be able to face the outside world with leadership qualities...groom him as a nice and confident person...teach him ethics by small examples, teach him difference between right and wrong, truth and falsehood, love and hate, honesty and dishonesty, give him a sense to help needy people, tell him how to share sorrows and happiness, encourage your child on his minor achievements...and obviously it's your duty to tell him the difference between right and wrong too, but tactfully...don't treat him as a grown up...your loud voice will scare them ...don't punish them on their silly mistakes...tell them, a person learns from his mistakes, help them to overcome on their weaknesses ...

You should know a child's psychology...You're responsible to build a new generation and a nation...
