DOHA The management of Shezan Hotel and Restaurant has recently carried out majorrenovation projects to give it anexquisite and modern look.Established in 1979, Shezan
Hotel has around 70 rooms with a spacious dinning hall, a large banquet hall a conference room. Hotel has over 60 staff belonging to different nationalities.“Our hotel has embarked upon an extensive refurbishing and extension projects recently. Our hotel was built three decades ago and was in need of major facelift. We have done complete renovation and now we can boast of having all modern facilities any hotel can offer to its valued guests,” said SMShameem, hotel manager, speaking to the Qatar Tribune.

Shezan Hotel is hot spot for its mouth-watering bar be que,which is served in its vast lush green lawns. Hotel also provides out-door catering facilities and can serve upto 1000 guests at a time. “Besides other facilities,
we can also arrange tourist visas for our guests. We also
provide shuttle service at the airport,” said Shameem.
Shameem said his hotel is soon launching Chatkhara
House for those craving for traditional Lahori cuisine. “We aresoon inaugurating Chatkhara House to serve Lahori cuisine such as mutanjin, achar gosht,takatak, mutton palak, Lahori chop, malai tikka, chicken.Besides Lahori cuisine, Mughlai food and Bangladeshi dishes will also be offered to suit every
palate,” said Shameem The hotel specialises in
Indian, Pakistani, Arabic and continental cuisines. The decision to open Chatkhara House, specialising in typical Lahori dishes, has been taken on suggestions
received from hotel’s guests, said Shameem.
