On my maiden visit to Qatar, i had the pleasure of the famous Karak & Chapati.

Truly an Asian Sub-continet sweetend tea normally loved by the hard working construction workers, now mystifyed into Qatari culture, truly remarkable and tasty!

Can't wait for my next trip.. looking at opportunities to open up a souk.
