Parcel Not received from india
How to track if the parcel has reached qatar? Its been 15 days. Its a courier sent directly to the house address without a PO Box. Where can i contact to know more? Also the courier service in India says the parcel has already been sent to qatar. Due to ramadan is there a possibility that there is a delay ? Or should we personally go and collect the parcel?

Even if its a courier should i contact QPost ? Its a postal courier through india post sent to the house address. When i contacted india they are saying you should ask the customs in qatar. Can you guide me on this please?
Call the post office on 44464271 and give then the reference number to know the status of your parcel. They will advice accordingly.
Even I was waiting for quite few days for a parcel from India but when I called the post office, I realised it had come long back.
Check with QPost the status by visiting the Cornchie Branch. There is every possibility that the Parcel Gets delayed due to Ramadan. If the Parcel has been sent only with P.O Box No then you need to check with your concern person who looks into Collection of documents from P.O Box.
Since many times what happens is the Executive of company does not go to P.O Box for long and all the stuff,documents ,letters are lying in P.O Box.
