some of my officers their duty timing is 6:30 to 12:30 but they follow their own timing coming any time between 6:30-7:30 and finish between 11-12, so they can say what time they finish their duty but for me i need to follow my office timing 6-1

in this case i should have asked the second question coz most of us have to follow the office timing and not our own decision, i.e. i will finish my duty 1.30pm not coz i want to but coz of our office policy :)
