This will be my first Eid-Ul-Adha in Doha. Can someone guide me the process of Udhiya/Qurbani here in Doha. What I know so far that I have to go to Animal Market close to Salwa Road in Industrial area. I will choose an animal and take it to butcher for slaughter and make small pieces. What I want to know Can I buy the animal ahead of time like today or tomorrow, instead of Eid day. Roughly what is the price range. What is the best time to go on Eid day. Can I take my 2 children (8 and 6). How long it will take for the whole process. I am assuming everybody in Doha will be going on one place.

I will appreciate all of your answers. Any prior experience will be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

I thought I will buy it and can keep it there or at the butcher place. Not planning to take home.

... where do you plan to keep this animal for 1 or two days?
