New Mexican restaurant in Villagio?

I heard there was now a Mexican food restaurant in the Villagio, is it true and if so has anyone gone there yet? I also noticed across from the Airport is a new Tex-Mex/Asian place opening up sometime. Anyone know if they are going to have Noodle Burrito's or what?
