Is it all right for driving instructors to ask their students for a 'tip'?
I am not sure if this is allowed. Two of my husband's driving instructor asked him to give 'tip', I mean money, a breakfast treat and the like? They are a little bit cocky, don't you think? Aren't they suppose to teach the basic techniques of driving, test drives and the like? (This is happening in Gulf Driving, just so you would know.)

every1 i know only got to learn the real tricks of driving (ie special tricks used to estimate ur distance from a corner, back wall, front object) after they gave 50-100QR to the instructor.
yes it is true...i also learnt driving in gulf_driving...i got my licience also after giving test.i got licience on 29 dec.i dont know about other driving schools..but if u give tip they u teach u more better techniques to pass test
No, this is not allowed this is what they called a form of "appreciation" although i know and heard stories that this a common practice in most driving school.
