Why not all humans in Qatar equally treated?

I don't understand why there must be an unequal treatment or right to access to certain area just because you are in the wrong skin colour?

How long this will last for?

not only in Qatar, it is true world wide, discrimination in every walk of life in every part of the world is a fact, and it will remain till the end of this world.

Discremination has been there since the inception of human kind. The discremination you are referring to in Qatar has happened due to lack of facilities in tune with the influx of expatriates from various Asian nations. The facilites available in Qatar were created basically to cater to the needs of 2 million + people living here. But due to the sudden influx of expatriate people, though they have been brought by Qatar based companies to contribute to the development of Qatar itself, the small city of Doha had experienced unforeseen difficulties in accommodating these people.

A lot of people, especially Qatari nationals have responded positively to the recent restrictions imposed on certain nationalities.

I think the administration is on the job to accommodate these people appropriately so that they can freely move and shop during their off days.

As an expatriate one must show respect to the Culture of the host country and understand the limitations and prevailing conditions. Things will move in positive manner and more and more facilities will be extended to the expatriates who are contributing their bit for the development of Qatar.

Discrimination on one ground or the other has always existed the world over.

Countries adopted various constitutions, religions and even totalitarian rule to ensure equality but nothing seems to succeed.

Remember GOD never made a person exactly the same as other.

When GOD did not make us as equals just imagine the effort Mankind would need to rise above the CREATOR in thought and action...

discrimination is not an issue here but...treating like "an animal" is the right term to use!
