"a woman's greatest weapon is her tears"

Well based on experienced its effective for me because everytime me & my husband got a small misunderstanding or fight & even if his too angry with me...

Once i cried he will be the one to say "SORRY" & "I will not do it again. Pls dont cry."(even if its my fault!) lol

I used to care a lot about tears, but i ended up with saying ... go to hell...

Coz, if i was caring for tears anymore, i would have married 10 times..:P

Sure some women a very emotional and may cry in an argument or whatever but to turn on the water works just to get your own way, is manipulative and childish. I feel sory for the men who have to experience this, like someone above said, its childish, something toddlers do..

My wife cries....

What I beleive Its only a matter of two words or little understanding to solve the issues and not to wait until the long, time consuming water flow finish...

Wth husband and wife , nothing there to forget and forgive in a maximum 10 minutes and if someone start to cry ,,, it will take more time..

Try to solve it immediately,,,, as the counter part is your innersoul

Personally, I can't stand a woman's tears. I can think of few things that make me uncomfortable quicker.  I would take a well-reasoned, well-thought out arguement every day of the week, but tears as a way to get something to to end an argument just make me cold.

Obviously tears of grief or pain are not the same, but turning on the waterworks over a minor tiff when words would work much better just rubs me the wrong way.  That being said, they are effective because I find myself doing just about anything to make them stop...

That's what my Father always say...

I may not cry but that doesn't mean I'm not hurt or breaking inside.

You may see me smile/laugh a lot around my friends but that doean't mean I don't have a problem and that's everything is fine with me.

I'm SCARED to cry because it would only mean that MY CUP is brimming FULL and when I'm emotional, i may do/say things that might hurt myself or someone else.

I've had a mate who has used these tactics for his advantage.

They weren't always to win an argument but to win them over, if you see my angle.

Unfortunately...yeah I do. Have seen and been told by women that if they feel they are loosing the arguement all they need to do is turn on the water works then they 'win'. Kinda like a toddler not getting their own way. I agree with Mila, thoughts and how they are use/ presented are the best weapon.

I don't agree, a woman is more intelligent than to use tears as a weapon.  Tears I believe is last resport.  At least this is the Truth with my Wife.

I guess she must be Like Mila: she said

my greatest weapon is my thought. nobody can beat that

besides, when a girl cries and makes their partners soft, her partner can use this tactic in the end and the real cause of the problem is never resolved. your partner would just justify that he can always say sorry but never really mean it.

but i am not saying crying is a weakness. we all hve our own reasons for doing so.

Maybe... maybe emotion becomes so intense your body just can't contain it. Your mind and your feelings become too powerful... and your body weeps.

Weapon against a guy? .. YEAH! I Fully Agree madam!

But depends on the guy....  some guys are just demon-posessed. Specially the rapists. the more the girl cries and screams the more they enjoy raping them.

tears are my outlet for an impending eruption boiling inside.

you cant take back whatever you have spitted, so better shed tears than spit a mouthful of words brought by hurt or anger that you can never take back when you calm down

for some crying is not abt weakness or wanting the other person to say sorry or give in to the situation but instead for me when i do cry/shed my tears is because i am so angry/upset that i want to say things that i am sure is gonna hurt the other person (saying out of anger) but i am trying so hard to control it as once it comes out there is no way of taking it back so to speak. so i am controlling it so hard that instead tears come flowing down, most ppl in an angry state will say things (hurtful things) in the moment of anger and when all has subsided realize that and its too late as it is already said and done with and hence hurts the other person........

my mom once told me the tooth paste story- only take the amt that you need if you were to squeeze too much of out the tube ya cant put it back in =-same goes for things said when in the heat of the moment (does more hurt than good)
