Qatar has the bighest GDP per capita in the world but also the highest number of road deaths and accidents per capita ( of course the latter is taboo...and never mentioned in any news medium)
I think its time to really seriously penalise everyone who as much as exceeds the speed limit by 5kms p/h I know it sounds extreme but this is a desperate situation... I consider myself to be a safe calm driver and I'm traumatised and stressed out everytime i go buy some bread and milk i wish i could walk to the shops.

If Qatar does not want to enforce its laws towards road discipline and safety you cannot blame the drivers. You can only blame the authorities.
