Yeah i agree with butterfly too, maybe there should a petition signing organised to be given to the Emir of Qatar. Qatar has the bighest GDP per capita in the world but also the highest number of road deaths and accidents per capita ( of course the latter is taboo...and never mentioned in any news medium)

I think its time to really seriously penalise everyone who as much as exceeds the speed limit by 5kms p/h I know it sounds extreme but this is a desperate situation... I consider myself to be a safe calm driver and I'm traumatised and stressed out everytime i go buy some bread and milk i wish i could walk to the shops.

Thing is, for as long as they get away with this kind of practices they will continue to do it.

If Qatar does not want to enforce its laws towards road discipline and safety you cannot blame the drivers. You can only blame the authorities.
