I started to work here in Manila early this year and it's hard to leave my son specially in the morning. Now I realized that it's difficult to play 2 roles at a time. Who are working moms here? How do you handle things between work and your family?

We usually go to the mall during my day offs, I'm still the one who gives him a bath and change his diaper. Shop for all his needs like clothes,shoes,his food and milk. But I believe this isn't enough, how can I have quality time with him specially when I'm really tired from work?
