My friend ,her 10 year old and the Islamic teacher

She is telling me incredible things about her daughter's Islamic teacher :
no 1 she is covering her face in front of the children in an all girls' school
no 2 she is obsessed with the girls ' underwear . According to her views the correct Islamic underwear is a pair of trousers .She means it for girls whose uniform is a long skirt fully covering their bodies .(10 y.old ! )
Those who do not wear trousers all will burn in the hell .All that is not enough but she is pulling up the girls; skirts at lessons to check who are wearing trousers and who are not .
How far a teacher can go in this country ?
