Why is it so hard to find a decent 1BR and a studio??

I have a bugdet of maximum 4000QR and I couldnt find something suitable, all the places I visited so far are just not decent. Why is that. when already this budget is a huge amount!

Anyone can advise me? maybe I am not looking at the right places, I check QL classified daily I am starting to loose hope :(

Ezdan 3,4,5 and on the quality of furniture is very poor, also you have electricity problem, no landline connection, u have to depend on usb broadband for internet, like such problem, if u are opting then opt for Ezdan 2 which is well equipped.

from what i have experienced there seems to be a big mafia of real estate brokers who are holding most of the accommodations and thereby falsely increasing the rentals.

if ur budget is 4K then try out Ezdaan Village 4,5 or 6..they are located in Wukair (old wakrah), u might end up getting a fully furnished 2BHK for that amount.

actually now a days construction is not upto the mark, they are sacrificing the quality to construct low quality house, we are all struggling infac to find a decent accommodation here in Doha. either rooms are very small or living room is very small or kitchen is just good for standing, very very pathetic situation
