You can consider Old Al Ghanim (near Crazy Signal), Um Guwalina (near Sana R/A), Doha Jadeed & Najma areas. All these localities are within 5 odd km from West Bay about 15 minutes drive (Off peak). Many new buildings have come up with "For Rent" notices within your budget.
