Simple question: What type of sockets are there in Qatar? Do I need an adaptor to run computers with a European or British wall contact?

Even if it had a different plug, you can just buy an adapter for a couple of euros. No need to exchange.
Oh, for those three huge flat pins and a fuse build in plugs?
That's kind of good news then as I ordered a new laptop and HP delivered it with a British plug instead of a European one, probably because I insisted on a British keyboard *rolleyes* Then I might not exchange it after all.
